"Don’t let Heather Tisch wax you. I had to ask 3 times for her to remove the remaining hair: once for my brows and lips and twice for my lips. She was polite and professional about fixing her mistakes. She called the hairs stubborn and said she removed them but I have to use tweezers. Other stylists I’ve seen have remove all the problem lip and brow hair without fail (no stubborn stragglers)."
