"I have a special needs child, who I have taken here for some time. I always get my special needs child pup cup of whip cream and have the barista put some kind of sprinkle on it or chocolate chip on top because it brings my child happiness. Today the manager Sierra said that this can no longer happen. I am shocked that this monopoly of an industry can't even put sprinkles on whip cream for a special needs child. This entity and it's staff needs to take a step back, and look at what is important. I pray that this doesn't happen again or to anyone else."

"Pretty disappointed with the customer service lately. My boyfriend went to go get me some Starbucks for Mother’s Day and he asked for an iced drink and they made it hot and he told them at the window but they said they couldn’t fix it because they had 5 cars behind him… and lately every time I order in the drive through, I’m always getting cut off while I’m saying my order and then my drink ends up getting messed up."
"Newer location that is fast, friendly, and efficient while also being accommodating. The only thing is that the app wouldn't let me order ahead (or it wouldn't load as an order-ahead), but that is not their fault. They had specific areas for dine-in and mobile order pick ups on the counter and that was really nice."
