"I have driven through this Bigby a few times, and I usually get the same barista. I am not sure what her name is, but she always has fun colored hair and a big smile. She is DELIGHTFUL and I always leave glad I decided to get a coffee after seeing her. Def recommend this Biggby!"

"Every time we come here, they are extremely slow. Today, we had a large order 5 drinks, 2 muffins, and 4 Bragel sandwiches. They ask us to pull around because there were other people in line. They served 4 other cars before our food was ready. They did not bring it out to the car we had to walk up to their walk up window to get our food and drinks. When we got them out food items, and they were the wrong items. Horrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend"
