"I am the only Walk in customer. Division and 54th location. 4 employees at the counter. 1 taking drive through orders, 1 stocking, 2 chatting. 3 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Not typical of other Biggby locations. I am a daily customer that will not stop here again."
"The slowest coffee place I’ve ever been to, waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich and 2 coffees then they handed me my coffee and made me pull into a parking spot. Then waited an additional 15 minutes for my sandwich. It wasn’t super busy just slow and disorganized, seems like no one working was over 20 years old and they was no leadership. Get you stuff from the gas station Nextdoor before coming here"

"every time i try to come here and catch a quick line even two customers takes 40 minutes + every time. like what could they possibly be doing that takes that long to make a drink kind you i have a coupon for a free coffee nothing crazy that takes even 5 minutes. this staff is not good what so ever and this location deserves to be shut down"
"Just went thru the drive thru and they got both drinks wrong. To top it off they put whipped cream on one of them and then scooped it off and gave it to us. It looks chunky. I called and they offered to replace but we already sent 29 minutes in the line and didn’t have time. No apology at all!!! We will not be going back to this location."
