"The Inn holds a special place in our hearts due to its opulence, since it is a prestigious four-star hotel. Nevertheless, we must admit that the spa fails to meet the high standards expected of a four-star establishment. It is disappointingly petite and lacks essential amenities such as a hot tub or sauna room, that typical higher end spas have. The “relaxation room” is just couches and chairs. Considering the steep price of $195, which includes gratuity and brings the total to $234 per person, it seems excessive for a spa that falls on the lower end of the spectrum. Despite this setback, our massage therapists were remarkably attentive, and the overall customer service was great. However, it is evident that the spa's offerings do not align with the grandeur of a four-star hotel."

"Surprisingly tiny, almost an after thought. For us, Bay Harbor is super luxurious and the expectation was pretty high. We were escorted to the changing area which is a little bigger than a broom closet. Although it was clean and nicely appointed, It was surprising that we had no sauna, no hot tub, no steam to enjoy before or after the services. Staff was attentive & service was great, but $195 for a facial without exfoliation and/or extraction was high. Relaxation room seemed tired, drab… could use a refresher and or a fireplace with some atmosphere"

"I had the strawberry facial and Sarah was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. It was comparable to a facial that I had at the Four Seasons- also excellent but cost twice as much. I cannot comment on other services- but a facial will not disappoint."

"My sister and I came here for a Swedish massage, Pedicures and manicures. It was amazing! We are new to the spa life lol! But everyone we encountered was so incredibly comforting and welcoming. If you plan on getting a massage, I highly recommend Jennifer! She was so kind and caring and did an outstanding job! We appreciate everyone at the spa and we hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for making our experience amazing!"

"Morgan was fabulous and did an awesome job on my haircut. I think required gratuity is a little tacky, but tipped on top of it anyway. Maybe I missed this information on the website when I was looking at services before making my appointment, but it should be expressed before a service is provided. What if someone is unhappy with their service? Are they expected to tip? There may be an explanation for why they have adopted this as a policy, but again, i found it tacky. But overall the tip was very well derserved. Thanks Morgan!"
