"Probably the last time I use great clips. They won't do an apt over phone so you have to go online. Any time you try to do a walk in its 45 mins to 1 hr. If you ask me great clips should have more staff and less wait."

"Walk in is so slow to get service anymore. Its also advance sign in priority so why waste time even trying to walk in. The posted wait times turn out not true. Quality is diminishing. It’s more of women’s haircut place and those cuts take forever."
