"I’m Sad to say I was very disappointed with the services rendered today. The owner seems very conscious and kind and I’m sure the other employee are great and the ones who served us were very nice but not so great at the craft. For the amount of money charged for what was to be the most luxurious of their descripted pedicures it as NOTHING as the wonderful website described. The “extra “ massage of feet and legs was rubbing in the oil on the leg so it didn’t drip, the paragon treatment fell all over her and the only foot massage as squishing the wax around to come off of the foot. The hot stone massage was the stone held in providers hand with a towel( because it was too hot to hold and the stone then slid up and down my calf a couple times. The soak bowl had no pleasing aroma and was not washed out between my pedicure and my daughters, fresh towels were in question for hers as well. The facial consisted of several layers of product lathered over my face in between some wipe off. I had to come home and wash my face to get the greasy fell and residue off. It honestly was a lovely atmosphere and I’m sure the hairstylists are great but I sadly would not recommend for the pedicure and facia. Wish I had my money back. Very disappointed and I get pedicures regularly and have had multiple facials so I’m not out of touch. Give them a try maybe this was an unusual occurrence. yourselves this was just our experience and I hope it’s not for you, best to make your own opinion"

"Andrea did a wonderful job waxing my sister and I! She has an easy, outgoing personality which made the experience so much nicer for my sister who hadn't ever gotten waxed. Wonderful spot, reasonably priced, comfortable atmosphere. (But spa goers beware...Google wanted to take us to an antique shop several miles away! Definitely a Google problem! Make sure to get directions from radiance if you're not familiar with the area!)"
