"We stopped in here because I just wanted to see if they had any shoes I needed. I brought 3 pair of Merrell shoes and pants on vacation but wanted to look anyway. The staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. They had an amazing sale going on, so of course, I had to get another pair. My husband also got a pair. After we left, I wished I had purchased the other pair as well."
"Stopped by the Merrell Outlet store on Labor Day after walking the bridge. Surprised they were open on a holiday. Staff very engaged and helpful, going to the storage area in the back to get sizes missing on the display racks. Great sale today, although a bit disappointed that some items excluded merely because they are popular. Good selection of shoes and accessories at attractive prices."
"Always great service here. My wife and I always stop here on our way to the U.P. or on return from. They often carry shoes not on the Merrill website and will give you discounts on multiple purchases. We often walk out with 3-4 pairs of shoes and socks or other accessories. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I wear Merrill shoes almost exclusively and I always find something I like at this store that's not on the website. I recommend this store to anyone traveling thru Mackinaw City."
"Just popped in to look around a couple of days ago and ended up with 2 pairs of shoes and 2 sets of Aetrex insoles. They have a good selection of summer and winter shoes as well as waterproof. Our salesperson was phenomenal! She was super helpful, attentive, friendly, personable, and really catered to both of us individually. She paid attention to our comments and was always one step ahead. She was honestly the best salesperson I’ve encountered in a long time! I will definitely shop there again next time we’re in the area. Thank you for the great shopping experience!"
