"Bought a hooded sweatshirt from here 2 weeks ago and first time I washed it inside out by itself and hung to dry. Writing is all peeling off and has fuzzballs all over it. Can't even wear it again as has so much fuzz on it and writing coming off. Very disappointed!!"

"I am super pissed! I went in there bc I saw a sign for $7.99 t-shirts and went to get one for my husband. They neglect to tell you that it excludes the screen printed t shirts. Then they refuse to give you a refund for it when you try to return it. I will never be back to this store again! They need to better advertise and take responsibility for their mistakes. Scam artists."

"Bought a sweater here the lady who did it messed it up me and my boyfriend had made matching ones and this it how it turned out I was very upset she didn't even try to fix it!! I wore it after I got home and this happened didn't even wash it! Calling and and complaining tomorrow! Lady didn't even offer me a new one once she noticed she messed up! My boyfriends came out perfectly fine! His is the left photo mine is the right!"

"Very Overpriced for custom work. Very Disappointed, felt very misled. The shop has a variety of pre-printed shirts, sweatshirts, and other clothing as well as the ability to make 'custom' clothing by picking out your desired item and logo. On the cash register is a price list that seems pretty reasonable for a t-shirt (12.99 for a lg, etc.). So my fiance and I picked out several shirt and logo combinations and had them printed (vinyl heat transfer type). Everything was good until we went to check out and they informed us that the listed pricing was only for the "design" and the shirt was an additional fee of 12 - 15 dollars depending on the size.... Walked out with 4 shirts and a bill of $115 dollars.... As I was walking out, I noticed a knocked over sign that said that any custom work requires that the customer be informed of estimated charges prior to the custom work being done... too bad she didn't write anything down until after the shirts were printed.... Had I noticed that warning earlier I probably would have just walked out leaving the overpriced shirts and found the same shirt for half the price in the shop next door."
