"Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great. If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster. Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made. You’re forcing me to Starbucks…"
"This location is in the mall. Barista was nice but working alone and a bit busy. The frozen vanilla bean coffee was the best we’ve had at any Biggbys! Slightly over priced"
