"The store itself is great, love their teas & coffees & decor. However, their employees and the owners themselves could use some training in customer service. The young blonde girl that works the front counter often acts like myself or my family member is a burden when we come in for tea, not personable at all. The owners themselves have been there several times (usually setting up decor for the next season” when I’ve stopped in and never do they greet me, the people I’m with, or the surrounding people. I’m easy to please so I feel that’s very disappointing."
"Super cool fancy food/wine/olive oil/liquor store. Amazing self-serve Wine and Whiskey set-up. No self-serve on beer but they have a great selection, cold in the coolers. Also a snacks menu we didn’t look at. Definitely great way to sample wines ( 1oz. 3oz. And 6oz. Pours)and whiskeys with (.5oz 1oz and 2oz. Pours) to sample many things that were frankly not in our normal “budget”price point if we had to buy the whole bottle so it was really fun! Definitely going back."
"The man at the counter was so helpful,but oh so busy.I was shopping for coffee, but my phone reception was so bad I couldn't get ahold of a family member to help.Meanwhile I wanted to buy some oil for my brother for Christmas. Apparently the lady was helping someone when I inquired for assistance. Either she didn't know how to multitask or wasn't interested in helping.i was waiting in the store. She did not approach me when she was done. No shopping sale for me. Sorry is one thing. Trying to justify a sales person, plus another standing around by saying Christmas is busy is all together different."
"The environment is so positive and the store is always stocked with unique, incredible items! I love their teas as well. The staff is always available and happy to assist whenever you need!"
