"My husband and I were shopping for work boots. Unfortunately, they do not carry work boots. My husband started looking at the hiking boots. He wears his work Keen work boots with shorts and wanted a pair of boots that would look decent with shorts. He found a pair of Sketchers that have a cushioned sole that he likes. Then while wandering around he found a pair of SOREL boots that he thought I would like. I really liked the Whitney II Flurry style. I tried on the size 6 because I wear a 5 1/2 shoe. Their size 6 was smaller than normal and were really narrow at the toe. I asked the ladies at the counter if they had any in stock in a 7. They said that they didn’t, but that I could check online. One of the associates said that if I couldn’t find them on their website to try Amazon. Even though they didn’t carry work boots or the boots that I wanted we did find some hiking boots for my husband. The associates working at the counter were very approachable and helpful."

"I would rate more stars, however after being refused service, due to not medically being able to wear a mask, mind you, my children both had mask on. I was told that I could go out to my car and call the store to see if they had what I needed, I was not impressed. I would need to buy the product, without being able to have my children try on the shoes and then if they didn't fit, I would be out of luck, because they are not accepting returns at this time. I went some place were my medical problem was accepted and I was welcome to shop without the mask and found what I needed."
