"Went there recently for donuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their district manager was also there and took the time to personally greet me and spend some time chatting. I would give them 100 stars if I could!"
"Its hit and miss honestly. Service and food can be really good depending.. I usually luck out and get the same really nice girl working and with food most of the times its good but I had a few times where everything was burnt. Otherwise its good especially for the price but I recommend not ordering food items through the mobile app because they tend to not have things in stock and its a hassel to deal with in the long run."
"Went through drive through and was told to pull up to 2nd window and was left there and forgot about. Got my drink that was made wrong and then they left me there and forgot about my donuts. It was a dozen random donuts. Had to honk horn like 5 times and then was treated very rudely because they forgot about me. Didn't even get an apology or have a nice day. Won't be going there again. Grocery store has better donuts anyway. The convenience of dunkin was anything but convenient. I was late for wok because if them."
