"Bought a pair of kg kevlar laces which are guarenteed by kg not to break, well mine broke a few years down the road and even though they sell the laces they would not honor the guarentee because i didnt have a reciept for shoe laces 2 years later but i did contact kg and they did send me free lace replacements. If you are going to stock quality goods and be a retailer of those goods you need to honor the companys return, exchange and warranty policies."

"Horrible! As a Union worker I have purchased 1000s of dollars Worth of products from stores for clothes and boots. I purchased a New jacket for my father the zipper wasn't working properly so we wanted to exchange it. They refused because the tag was cut off. I still had the tag. But I removed so the price wasn't on it. I had to call carhartt to get a refund."

"Great place to get great work boots, Carhartt apparel and so much more. Only complaint is the windows are blinding and it's hard on sunny days to look at the shoes/boots on the window side of the building. Other than that we love this store"
