"Not sure if the massage part is any good or not, had a 2:30pm appointment, door was locked. Knocked several times, waited 15minutes and knocked some more. No one ever answered. Called three times, the option to speak with my scheduled massage therapist was invalid. I finally gave up and canceled my appointment online. Don't waste your time."
"Avoid Kim. I booked with Kim for an acrylic nail refill. Upon arrival, after driving 55 minutes and hiring a babysitter for my two toddlers to be there, she tells me she doesn’t do acrylic. I have the screenshot where I specifically asked for an acrylic nail refill and she booked me anyway, trying to say once I was there that she would just do “hard gel” instead. This is deceitful and wrong. I would highly recommend going to JP Nails instead."
"Amber was absolutely fantastic! I’m from out of state, and i needed a quick hair trim and my eyebrows waxed and she took care of both perfectly! my hair feels and looks healthier than it has in so long! i would highly recommend to anyone."
"When I was recently in the Northwoods I found a fabulous spa in Rhinelander. I walked into the spa and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. My massage with Natalie was wonderful, she knew all my trouble spots and I left feeling so much better. The deep tissue massage was a great experience. I also tried the infrared sauna and absolutely loved it!"
"I've been to a few massage therapists and physical therapists for my back pain and headaches but Natalie is by far the best therapist I have ever met. I'm not a naturally relaxed person so I tend to tense up a lot while therapists work on me and she used heat pads on my chest and neck to help me stay relaxed (first time someone did that for me, and it worked well). She applied deep pressure like I asked and it was exactly what I needed today. I got the head and scalp massage but I'll definitely be booking more. Hours are also a great plus. Between Natalie and Jessica, you shouldn't have a problem finding a time to come in (open in evenings and on Sundays!)"
