I now own about a dozen St Croix’s of various models and this last summer (2023) I was nostalgically able to hand that same Premier rod down to my son. I had never been to the factory store until today. It was a dream come true. Not only did I receive a military discount, I received the best and nicest customer service I have ever come across in my 35 years of life. You had a life long fan with me, but you all gained a family of life long fans after seeing my other child, my daughter, wear her hat the entire trip home to Green Bay. You’re entire company is perfection, keep up the amazing work."

"Similar to the common theme expressed by others, this company hides behind automated phone and email systems. They are happy to take your money, but will not provide status, answer their phones or return emails. I placed an order with G Loomis after this order and that order was processed and status provided in 24 hours. This was my first time ordering from St. Croix and can rest assured, will be my last. Note to management, it’s much more effective to keep a customer than find new ones. Your failure is just another’s gain."

I will say last time I was in the younger gentleman working wasn’t very attentive or helpful, maybe he was having an off day. This doesn’t change my opinion this is still a 5 star stop."
