"Covid testing in January 2022 is why I switched to this office. The female Doctor that nurse bakal works under is condescending in my opinion. She accompanied the nurse into my room, didn’t speak, and rudely stood there. After inquiring about her I was told she visits the patients before they leave. But there was no purpose for her being there, it was intrusive. My needs also were not met, and I was told things that weren’t true. Wonderful front desk receptionist, nurse bakal is very nice as well. Nice clean facility. Was there 2 hours for a very basic reason."

"Prompt, friendly, outstanding service. I wanted to get tested before traveling, so I made an appointment online in the morning about 2 days before my flight. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I thought I would have to wait, but the test was completely finished in less than 5 minutes from the time I parked! The administrator of the test had a sparkling personality and made me laugh more than once. I had heard of other people's bad experiences elsewhere and my experience at iTest was great! I received test results from the lab in less than 12 hours, along with several follow-up emails the next day. If I feel it necessary to get tested again, then iTest will be my only stop.
