"Waited nine months for a lung transplant appointment. During this period I was medically dumped by the Hillsdale Hospital (review posted). I ran out of RX's and O2. Purchased a used Inogen. Had no choice. I presented myself with a severe lung/bronchial infection. Was prescribed Penicillin. Was rejected for transplant. I need a primary care physician for post surgery treatment. I asked for a primary care doctor. Was refused. Was told I live too far away. Asked for O2 and a dozen other drugs I now have ran out of. Only got Penicillin, which slowed the infection but it has now returned. I was offered a new drug to treat ILD. But I would have to drive to U of M every two weeks for blood work and lab work as the new drug is dangerous with many side effects that require strict diet, timing of meds and continuous monitoring for lethal side effects. Ironic She wanted me to become a LAB RAT without a primary care physician. I reflected this to the pulmonoligist. Again asked for a primary care doctor and she deflected my requests with This quote "You can find a doctor anywhere". I have refused the LAB RAT treatment. Got numerous calls from the university and the pharmaceutical company imploring me to participate for the benefit of mankind. I would if I had a primary car doctor. The calls wouldn't stop. Everyone who called me had no idea of my medical needs. I would ask the social workers who called why they had called and each time was told they received a message online to call me and my number. They had no idea of what was going on and wanted me to update them so they could fix my problems. Insanity. I told all of them to F off. The university began messaging me over there message board. Same message, Participate in the study. I requested euthanasia over the message board. Told the university if they could not provide adequate medical care I wanted my suffering to end. I don't want to die. Understand this. But I know what lies ahead. Without a doctor I will suffocate slowly in agony. Had three cops and a ambulance sent to my home. The cops know I'm not suicidal. They left. The calls continued form the University and the Pharmaceutical company. I asked the pharmacy company for sodium cyanide rather than the drug they wanted me to take and he had no idea of what cyanide is. Again I'm dealing with a idiot. His boss called me back and was pissed. He hung up on me! This is my actual experience. I'm buying antibiotics on the dark web hoping thy are real. I'm out of 14 medications now. Completely. Avoiding sick people.....isolating myself at home. Awaiting death."

"This place could careless to help you and it takes talking to 3 or more people just for them to get a message to your actual doctor and when I reported a concern to the nurse she said my doctor would be in contact with me and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at this clinic. I would NEVER recommend anybody to this clinic for obstetrics or gynecology my doctor was rarely ever there I was always seeing a different doctor, if you care about getting answers and help throughout pregnancy look elsewhere for care because this place is NOT it."

"Not really helpful or caring. Not all staff are nice or professional. I had to wait very long to get what I needed. And didn't get all what I asked for. And the nurse they sent me is not very nice and not patient at all, and not really helpful!"

"Our appointment at the medical facility was for the administration of an infusion treatment. Our nurse Cherri M was absolutely impeccable! My husband had an adverse reaction to the treatment which resulted in him coughing profusely. Due to the attentiveness of Cherri, she was back in the room before I had the opportunity to call her. She promptly administered antihistamines and steroids, then contacted my husband's Neurologist to advise on his status. Pam, the MA, was extremely accommodating and very helpful. I honestly feel many people in general do not leave reviews for positive experiences, and the ladies in the infusion center are exemplary. Thank you all, and Cherri, you are an amazing leader! Thank you"

"Looking at other reviews lately I was nervous to come in this morning but I’m happy to say I had a great experience and felt very listened to Not sure what times others went but mine was early and I was in the room maybe 5/10 minutes before the doctor came in. Check in was super easy and quick as well as the nurses seemed very sympathetic to me even though I admitted to scaring myself with a google search prior to coming. Good thing I came in though as there’s a plan in place Every industry is short staffed and stressed out and the medical field even more so but I didn’t experience any of that today in how the staff engaged. People all have bad days sometimes too. I think as patients we can also say, I need to feel like I have your full attention."
