Beacon Granger Hospital

"I would drive the extra time to go to Memorial directly and never see this place again. TERRIBLE service!! Come on Beacon get with it!! Took my daughter here for a fever. Receptionist never mentioned the wait time in the waiting room only to be 3 hours and there was no rooms available. When I asked after waiting for hours she then informed of this. Lots more transpired, but in the end we walked out never seeing a doctor because I didn't want to wait another 6 hours."

"I was just berated by my nurse because there are a whole EIGHT other people here. I've been here for two hours plus and can't get anything for pain that's 10 of 10. He's rude and condescending and made a snide remark that I've had this broken tooth for a year. Yes, but the pain is entirely new. Apparently, they dictate your care on the newness of the condition?! This is, by far, the worst care I've ever received at an emergency/urgent care facility in my 42 years on this earth and in the dozen states I've lived in. Not that I feel I deserve special treatment. But, I've waited a year for treatment because I'm waiting for VA approval. I'm not just sitting on this and complaining for the past 12 months. I'll never come back to this facility."

"This is the best hospital in this area. Nurses are very attentive and kind. No wait, but it wasn’t busy. Needed at ct and other assistance/ it was all taken care of in a few hours. The nurses from the morning shift on 9/17/2023 were absolutely amazing! Great doctor as well, I can’t remember her name because I was out of it. A breath of fresh air compared to another ER that I won’t mention. And no it’s not Memorial."

"We had to bring our 2 year old in and the staff was absolutely amazing with him. We only waited about 10 minutes in the waiting area, before being taken back. Everything was super cleanly and the nurses and doctors were so patient and compassionate with him. They didn’t do any tests that weren’t absolutely necessary with him being so young. Overall, the best ER visit I think I’ve ever had."

"Staff is so friendly and reassuring. All the way from the front desk lady that checked me in, to every nurse and doctor I met throughout the night, and the paramedic that did my IV (did an amazing job finding my vein and doing it super quick and painless, for someone terrified of IVs), everyone was very very nice and helpful. It definitely makes the experience a lot less stressful. Glad I chose to come to this hospital/ER, rather than anywhere else. Got in right away, late on a Friday night, barely sat in the waiting room. Was very clean, spacious, and quiet throughout the whole building. Didn’t seem busy, parking lot pretty empty. Got me seen right away thankfully, and me feeling better within the hour and making sure I was comfortable. Only problem I had was getting the prescription sent to the pharmacy. Which was confusing for everyone since it was showing up wrong on computer. Got it worked out though thankfully, was just sent to a different location instead. Was also very thankful someone was able to answer the phone right away when I called to ask about it and get it figured out quickly. Thank you all for your help!"
