"I tested positive for covid three days ago. Called my Dr. Marcus Farrand (who I have never seen before because they switch "doctors" on you without warning). Told them I was hospitalized with covid 3 years ago and don't want to ever go through that again. Vomiting, fever, chills, splitting headache. I was told they'd give my message to him on "high priority". When I called back 7 hours later, was told he had received the message, but he was currently with a patient. What, he never took lunch, I suppose? A phone call and calling in a med was too much for him?! He STILL hasn't called!!! Read that again: two full days later and he STILL hasn't called. I think his "high priority" is himself. Thankfully a REAL doctor immediately identified what I needed and prescribed paxlovid within the first 30 seconds of seeing me. I'll never go back to St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine again, and you shouldn't either. UPDATE: DAY 3 and still no phone call from Dr. Farrand, or NP, or anyone."

"The staff is always pleasant, upbeat and very caring with patients whether outpatient or in house for treatment. The doctors are well trained and concerned about what’s ailing their patient. They ask pertinent questions about the patient’s health to help determine what the problem is and have good advice to share about establishing a care package for the patient."

"At my current visit the nurse who attended me while I was waiting in the waiting room came out didn’t call a name and looked at me and asked me what I was there for? I told her what are u asking, are you calling someone back? I’m here to be seen. Then she asked me then what was I there to be seen for in front of other clients so I continued to tell her I don’t think I can answer that out loud (confidentially) so I don’t understand your question! Then she walked away I ended up being “so lucky to be called by her” she then started pointing me in the direction we are supposed to go with no words. Didn’t speak to me barely was really short… continued to point o felt like I was being treated like a dog!!! You could feel the tension in the room I almost wanted to cancel my appointment, she was being rude the whole time I did complain to the doctor and if that woman doesn’t like her job she should QUIT!!! I didn’t deserve how I was treated I do like the doctor I seen but I would be happy if I never have to see her face with that nasty attitude EVER AGAIN!!! Find a new job cause clearly she has no home training!!!!!"

"Great, quick and easy as a mom and dad who were fortunate enough to both make it to an apt that they were able to book both are kids in 1 visit! how nice and convenient! Most defiantly great full that we also got clear communication on our children’s height and weight like they didn’t just skim right on by they made sure we heard them and involved us it was neat like how the Dr explains to us the percentile what’s average or what’s out of the normal gladly ours are safe and sound and merry grow round. Nothing but positive feedback and friendly faces and friendlier comments on our parenting. well done saint Joseph medical regional family medicine center. Our feed back is nothing but good for you, thanks for your time, practice and patience. We will 5 star for now even with out a car or a apt reminder I know and am confident that we will find our way back for more assurance that my babies are where they should be in the chart and I’m ok at heart."
