"I went in to get blood work for a vitamin & mineral deficiency test and wasn’t quite sure what I was needing to do for that but the staff was extremely helpful- Mandy went above and beyond to make sure I found the test I was looking for and that it was right for me. "This facility is full of HIPAA, CLIA and OSHA violations! The owner is a racist and very rude. She was forcing me to clean more than draw blood. She made us detach needles from the syringes just to save space in her biohazard containers. She never ran quality controls on her rapid 5 or 10 panel drug screens. She would allow her personal friends and family into the back office where there is employee and patient/customer information out on her desk. She promised monthly bonuses at the time of hire then stated since her revenue was down "that's not going to happen"! In her exact words. A new person was hired with only a year of experience in phlebotomy and was paid more than me with 10 years of experience. That don't seem right. As an employee we are forced to share a bathroom with the customers. I believe that to be a part of this franchise the corporate office should investigate how this particular facility runs because she has a lot of corrections to make. In my training with this company I see that it is built on the empowerment of it's customers and to be honest, all this lady cares about is her money and how to benefit herself. Making us recap and detach needles was crazy but she demanded this because she was the owner and didn't want to be wasteful. Our safety didn't matter to her. I attempted to have a converstation when she asked but she was so rude but then demanded my respect. I was always respectful but I will not be her maid her slave or her child. She then gave me my first written warning no verbal. Next thing I knew she forced my resignation the very next day. This woman needs help. She is tired and stressed but she is taking it out on the wrong people. Poor Deb, only lord knows how much she has put up with over the years. She can run the place much better if you ask me."

"I've been going here weekly/bi-weekly/monthly for almost 2 years. I've witnessed this place transform from a waiting room free-for-all and hours-long waits for a B12 injection to a fast, friendly, and organized business. Until recently, my only complaint was that their business hours are not conducive for working adults. I attempted to find another clinic that offers the Lipostat injection and am still looking. In light of current staffing issues, I will be finishing out the shots that I've purchased and then bidding this place adieu. Other than the older women (Managers?), you don't see the same people stick around for very long."

"The staff was so kind and humble. I'm not a big fan of needles....they were so patient with me, so comforting and made sure I was good!! I was their number one priority. Here you will be in good hands. And they explain everything and answer everything that you maybe unsure of. Also I didn't spend hours and hours there, I wasn't even there for 20 min. They are just so incredibly professional at their jobs. Thank you so much ladies for your care and patience."
