"While the women at this office were very kind, the doctor was not. I had to get impressions for a new retainer, and not only did the first retainer not fit, but when I got impressions for the second, the second did not fit as well. The doctor simply told me to just “bite down” while I slept and it would be fine. It unfortunately is not fine. The retainer simply pops off my back teeth if I’m not applying all the pressure possible on it, and I am incredibly uncomfortable. It’s crazy to me that they can do something so poorly as making a retainer right out of a mold, and failing. Though I am not a dentist, I figure this is pretty easy when you have a mold of my teeth right in front of you. I do not recommend this dentist if you want nice, high quality work done (which I would hope everyone does because your teeth are obviously very important). His tone was very condescending and it was not appreciated when he was the one failing at his job and failing me as a patient already."

"Despite having other appointments, they found the time to get me in for an emergency teeth fill up. All patient paperwork was done online which made it a lot easier and faster to get the appointment done, I will definitely keep recommending Macatawa Smiles."

"I’m new to the area and what an Awesome dental office I have to tell you, all the staff is extremely nice and helpful and Dr Habecker is wonderful and that says a lot coming from me, the person that hates dentist’s the most. He performed a root canal and crown on me and it was the first I was ever able to sit through the process without having a meltdown, lol. He’s awesome and ladies I don’t think he’s married what a catch he’d make for someone single. If he is married well he still is great to look at."

Its so much easier to floss my teeth and the floss doesn't break anymore like it used to. My teeth are so much whiter and I just smile more.
