"Office billed me 18 months after my date of service for charges I didn’t owe. I provided them copies of EOB’s from my insurance carrier that stated I owed this practice $0…nothing! Staff refused to look at my documents, refused to cooperate, and harassed me with bills for 3 months. Even after I got a specific letter stating I didn’t owe anything, they still billed me. The front office staff are aggressive, disrespectful and basically shouldn’t be working in a doctors office. They are the farthest thing from having any empathy towards patients. I would give them zero stars if I could. I’ve had them not give my practitioner critical information including MRI’s. Not exactly the type of response you want when you are dealing with serious health concerns and not the type of treatment you want when you are paying for the treatment. The MA’s and nurses are ok. They are usually understanding and compassionate when speaking and examining you. Here is the most outrageous part and the reason I lowered the review to one star; the walls are paper thin in the exam rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway and rooms around your room. I’ve been sitting in a room having to listen to a young woman talk about her female related health issues. I’ve had to endure one of the physicians discussing her condo issues. It’s crazy and probably a huge HIPPA issue. The staff know about this because they have installed Sonos white noise machines but they are never on. Just save yourself the hassle, embarrassment, etc and find a different provider."

"very unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure if it was because i was black or because i’m young, but the ladies working here went out of their way to be unkind. I would come in for appointments and be completely ignored by staff and nurses. I would have to go in to get blood drawn and the staff legit wouldn’t say a word to me. My concerns/complaints weren’t taken seriously. When i expressed concern I was brushed off by both the nurse and the doctor numerous times like my issues were not a big deal. I had 5 appointments here for the same reason and they never provided any type of treatment.This is not a at all a welcoming environment. I suggest looking elsewhere for physicians."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt for the past 23 years. She is an exceptional listener and really knows her stuff! And if she believes I would benefit from a specialist, she makes that process so easy for me. She’s patient with me and has taken the time over the years to really get to know me as well as my family. Dr. Schmidt is very accessible and takes great care in communicating with her patients via the patient portal. Dr. Schmidt always has a way of making me feel at ease- she knows I’m a worrier. I always leave her office knowing I’m in good hands. Doctors like Dr. Schmidt are not easy to find these days. I feel very fortunate to be one of her patients."

"I am confused why the office girl Katie would take down all my information for an appointment (insurance and everything) and even schedule an appointment only to be turned around DAY OF because they don’t accept my insurance. Waste of my time."
