"The BILLING DEPARTMENT is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge to do Insurance billing is pathetic. My bill should be submitted as free standing facility but they submitted incorrect claim."

"I have had nothing but bad experiences with this BILLING DEPARTMENT. my issue has been ongoing for more than 6 months, and still going. I have repeatedly called both my insurance as well as Trinity Billing Department. My insurance has given me ALL possible information in order to find the payments. After many hours of researching and dealing with this (this is the job of the billing department), I now know more than they do on how billing works...and still they are unable to just CALL my insurance and get confirmation and know exactly where their payments are. What a shame. All other doctors and services that I used during my visit have been successfully paid by my insurance (6 months ago), Trinity is the only one who has still not done their job and gotten paid. I have all voice recordings of my dealings with them and my insurance company and all information that payment was sent to them. All they have to do is call my insurance company and get paid."

"The BILLING DEPARTMENT is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge to do Insurance billing is pathetic. Good luck trying to resolve an issue with your billing, they simply do not care. I have even had the Insurance company contact them, stay on hold for 1/2 hour, and receive all the required information and they still mess it up. They can not distinguish between payment from the Insurance company and payment from a HSA. I keep receiving a bill that has been paid, confirmed by insurance with date of payment and when payment posted but they can not figure it out. So they just send another bill. Even after talking with them and they acknowledged their error and stated it will be corrected. Then a Bill shows up a week later for the same thing.. They let the automated phone system run you around and supervisors are never available. This issue has been going on 6 months and it is NOT the First Time either. This is the WORST company ( BILLING DEPT) I have ever dealt with. They love to threaten you with Collections too. Also they received a "F" Rating by the Better Business Bureau. That is the Lowest rating possible. Again this pertains strictly to the BILLING DEPARTMENT.....They are clueless!!!"

"Staff very rude and they don't do their job like they should.. Very unprofessional and you cannot speak to a supervisor. Staff is not helpful all especially Liam. Supervisor could of resolved my issue very easily but instead she decided to just ignore me... Supervisor also manager also the highest you can get in the company happened to be Angela and you cannot speak to because she was in meetings all day long. All I needed is an appointment to see the DR before my prescription expires."

"The billing and online MyChart is the biggest joke I have ever seen. 99% of the time the statement has the wrong child as the patient for the treatment listed on the statement. The bill doesn't usually come for several months, I use an FSA and the bills are a nightmare if you use an FSA as if you have a visit in the month of December you won't be able to use the funds from the FSA as the bill won't come until after March."
