"I have been an patient of this office for 12 years. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Even though they have a large customer base they greet me by my fist name. My family moved here from North Carolina and I have bad allergies for common things both indoor and outdoor. I needed to find a new allergist that could do the testing as well as provide shots around my busy work schedule. Over the years they have exceeded all my expectations. They have weekend hours and communicate it clearly on the website and at the office. I do not have to make an appointment for shots. They warn me when my vials are about to run out so I can expect the bill that comes with that. Billing is handled in a clear manner. They email you a statement monthly and will print it out while you are at the office if needed. During covid they remained open with smiling faces. They knew we needed them to remain healthy and allergy free. They provided covid shots as well as information about each kind. They explained what would work best for a patient that has elevated reactions to things. The doc is awesome. He asks questions and listens to your answers. He genuinely cares about your health. He ensures that allergy shots are the best fit for you. You are not just a dollar sign to him. I will continue to be a loyal patient and look forward to the next 12 years. "Office staff is pretty rude and it does not feel like they have customer service training. While in the office, an employee there was on the phone with a patient and they were arguing loudly with the patient about something regarding response time to messages the patient left with the office. I heard private information not limited to treatment, patient name and birth date. They have zero tact. Even though I handed them primary and secondary insurance when registering, they only scanned in primary. When I called to inquire about why they didn't bill the secondary, they were very rude and insisted it was not their fault. I didn't place blame but they were immediately defensive. I explained that I handed over both cards at check in and they are responsible for scanning both in. It's my responsibility to make sure both insurances were provided and they were. Given the drama of the day, they probably rushed through it. Billing is terrible and no transparency. The doctor I saw was too casual to be professional. I found his demeanor childish when I asked technical questions (I have medical background) and he could not provide clear answers. I was left alone for allergy testing (many I had never been tested for before) and had a reaction that lasted 2 weeks with no response from office when I called several times and left messages. Would not trust this clinic with any allergy that is more severe than seasonal sniffles. Edited to add that disclosing the number of visits a person had with an office and confirmation of being a patient is a breach of confidentiality as the office just did by responding to my review."

"Love the staff. Pam Steinberg, PA is fantastic. She is very caring takes her time to answer your questions. Fantastic bedtime manor cares for her patients. Front desk staff is efficient and very kind. Great office."

"Wonderful office! My son and my husband have been going to Dr. Paris for 33+ years and have been blessed by wonderful doctors and staff over the years. Their staff is highly trained and hospitable. My husband has been treated for venom allergy and seasonal allergies and my son has been treated for severe asthma since he was born. I would highly recommend them for anyone suffering from allergies of any kind. Dr Jason Paris trained at University of Michigan and Henry Ford Hospital. He is professional and a Top Doc as well."

"I am a patient of Dr.Paris, before I began to come to him for allergy help I had been having serious abdominal pain and uncontrollable bowel movements. After being tested for foods, it was concluded that I was seriously allergic to peanuts and other foods, and at that time I was eating peanuts on a regular basis. Because of him I was given the right medical treatments and information regarding my reaction to peanuts. I was given an epi pen and medication to keep my allergies under rap. To this day with the help of Dr.Paris and his amazing staff I have been problem free. In my opinion Dr.Paris is one of the kindest and greatest doctors I have ever been to, he also has an unbelievable staff. Whenever I come in to the office the staff is very nice and always greet me with warm smiles. I recommend them to go to for any of your allergy needs."
