"I would not recommend this clinic for their office staff or doctors. The office staff didn't send me the correct paperwork in the beginning (first red flag), another time I called to reschedule an appointment, they confirmed it, then when I showed up, told me I didn't have an appointment that day. They proceeded to imply it was my fault when they were the ones that made the error. I never felt welcomed there. Not to mention the wating room is the worst atmosphere for a mental health clinic. Lastly, Dr. Joseph is cold and I never felt he truly listened to me. He rarely asked questions, making me feel like he didn't understand my issues and didn't care to try. Finally found another provider."

"I found the staff and Doctor Joseph; to be concerned, kind and polite. They all, helped me to work through the concerns that I had. They all made sure that my concerns were addressed during treatment and they followed up after treatment. I am so much better than I was when I first went to their organization. I feel safe and confident, in each one that I came in contact with. I am now doing follow up treatment with one of their therapist and I am quite pleased with her and her methodology. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone with behavioral issues that are addressed at this establishment. Betty Clements"

"I don’t feel the front desk staff cares about the patients what so ever. Reviews that say they are proficient … sure, maybe ..they bill insurance fast or type info into the computer fast? Not sure. They are Definitely not personable or empathetic for a mental health facility. I have been seeing Dr. Dumlao since 2012 in his now closed Dearborn location. Recently, I called for a medication refill on a med I’ve been taking since 2012. I was told I had to be seen first. YES ABSOLUTELY no problem I agree. BUT, the “doctor” was not allowing a script for enough to get to the appointment. Which was a week out. I was completely out. This is not a controlled substance mind you ! Shocked. It is unethical to allow a person to go into withdrawal symptoms from stopping a medication completely. I was treated like they did not care. I left messages and spoke with two individuals that offered no solution. I requested to be on a cancellation list, no response. I requested twice for the doctor to call me with no call. I feel less than human. Now I’ve missed work and pay because I feel like absolutely awful, and sick. This is a disgusting ordeal! Anyone reading this please find another office unless you can avoid the office staff bc if anything happens and you need help you will not get it here! You are definitely not a priority I’m truly hurt and shocked."

"The office staff triple books appointments they do not follow up with requested information they do not provide the test information necessary to obtain results they have issues responding to CVS requests for renewals do not return phone calls amongst other issues"
