"I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenberg's for years and I have always appreciated his down to earth, easy to talk to personality. He is very professional, yet approachable on health related matters. The office is very prompt and efficiently run. If your appointment is at 9 am, arrive at 8:55 and you will be in a room by 9:05 am, I love it! I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg and the other Medical Professionals at this office. My wife and children are patients here as well and we are all very pleased with the medical care we receive."

"I have been here for 2 years. My provider left which should have been my first red flag. 1. Their “open” hours are suggestions. 2. Their office manager is a joke and is never in. Every time I call that person is out, what do they even do? They refuse to call anyone back. 3. My medical history has now on 2 occasions been incorrectly reported or not reported at all. 4. The front desk staff have on 4 occasions given me the wrong date over the phone for a Telehealth appointment and had my move things around and wait inappropriately. 5. I had a prior authorization that needed a current height/weight (which was incorrectly reported) and I had to track it down and figure it out myself. The prior authorization person never called me and it was a time sensitive medication. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"The front desk is in need of professional direction, maybe even a real manager. The “girls” spent more time talking about losing weight, dress sizes, sleeping around and gossiping. When they should be working and taking care of patients. Dr. Rosenberg came out and asked why his patient was “still” in the waiting area and rolled his eyes when given an “I don’t know” answer from one of their clueless staff. One of the other admin staff jumped to take him to a room, and the girl behind the desk had “forgot”. I waited 50 minutes, I was never greeted when I arrived and when I asked why so long, I was told to have a seat, they would be with me when they can. No professional courtesy. 7 patients seen ahead of me, I was there for blood work they “forgot” to do at my annual exam. I wasn’t even seeing a Dr."

"The doctors office billed my wife the wrong code. Even though her insurance covers prenatal care, we are getting a 560$ bill that does not go towards our deductible. After an entire day of phone calls back and forth between the doctors billing and the insurance company, my three months pregnant wife is in tears! Update: I went there in person to ask about the bill. The people at the reception were non committal. However, a week later, my wife got an updated bill and miraculously everything was back to normal coverage. We thought that was the end of it. All the visits between then and now have been covered with no issues. Now, two months later, we’re checking the bills for her flu shot and the insurance is denying coverage again for the same exact reason! Really frustrated and at the end of our rope with this."
