"I tried to get a tens unit for a patient for over three months and every time I called to inquire about it, they re-lost the fax, never put her order in the system and did nothing but give me the run around. Horrible company to work with!- UPDATE: Once they saw my review on here they quickly fixed the problem and then called me to ask me to take this review down because the issue was resolved. Mind you- I never received a call back about the issue until this review was made. Says a alot."

"From day one I've should of known they were all about collecting that insurance money. I told the employee that I wanted to try the nasal pillow that was being advertised in front of my face as we were going through the steps on how to use the full face mask. Also told him that I used it in the past and wasn't compliant with it so had to return it. He stated that the full face mask is what I used during my sleep study. Not knowing that you have options you can try different things during the first 30 days. I joined a support group and reached out to set up trouble shooting but didn't get in before my 90 days was up. Also had an order in for a nasal pillow but they conveniently didn't fill it before my time was up. They do not understand that some people struggle with the full face mask and do not have "good bed side manners" for their customers. If you have a choice in who to get your supplies from find a better supplier."
