"My husband saw Dr. Chung as a child and wanted our kids to see him. I am so grateful for Dr. Chung. So experienced and I've never questioned a diagnosis. He listens to everything we have to say, takes his time with us, and explains things so everyone can understand. My daughter loves him, he is gentle and kind and makes her feel at ease right away. We've had to call twice in the middle of the night and both times received a call back right away from him to ease our concerns. Everytime one of my kiddos is sick, they get us in same day to be looked at. His staff is awesome, so friendly and accommodating. Honestly I don't have one complaint about Dr. Chung and I am not so easily pleased with doctors, moving around quite a bit with my own care. I recommend him to everyone that asks. I also like that he doesn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests - like blood tests on babies/toddlers. I imagine he would if there was a problem but not in a routine visit."
"Outstanding Pediatrician, very experienced and supportive! Great staff, very friendly. Nothing flashy or fancy, just great knowledge and a true class act. Dr. Chung has been very accessible when we have called with questions, and he always give us plenty of time with him when we visit. We never feel rushed. We also greatly value that Dr. Chung does not force certain shots for our baby, he gives us information on what is recommended and lets us make the final decision. He came recommended to us by a medical professional and we also recommend him. Update: We made a difficult decision to switch to a pediatric group in Troy. We remain grateful for Dr. Chung."
