She failed to notify me about my sons condition, he went in for an ultrasound and I called the office the day of and after for the whole week she never got back to me! All I wanted was the decency and common courtesy to inform me of my sons condition and treatment. I sympathize with all the mothers who had bad experiences with this pediatrician. I see Dr. Samira Zabari now, who is so caring and loving towards my children."

"I don't know if I should be offended or hurt. I have three kids that I've been bringing to this doctor for 18 yrs. My oldest 2are grown now but I still have a 9 yr old with asthma and diabetes. My child was in the hospital and it was time for a follow-up with the pediatrician and when I called to check and confirm my appointment the doctor had cancelled it, didn't even bother to notify me. She said I need to find a Dr. Closer to home, and she wasn't going to see my son. I was willing to drive the distance and how far I live is none of her business especially if I have no problem getting to her office on time. I almost lost my son to diabetes because of their negligence. The whole staff has a poor attitude including theDr. im frustrated and upset. So much for loyalty. She was wrong to refuse to treat my child. Very unprofessional. It's a shame on you Dr. Fakih"

"My children visit this doctors office and I would not recommend bringing your children here, I am currently switching doctors. I have worked in the Healthcare field most of my life and I was never allowed to treat my doctors patients the way we have been treated. Healthcare is personal so for the doctor and the staff to lack empathy for the patients is crazy to me. First you have to call when your outside to notify them that you are there for your appointment even with this protocol in place on multiple occasions I have had to read the charts with her nurses to make sure they had my children's chart because they have had the wrong charts and had already started vitals before realizing. The doctor will say that she is looking at my children's charts and refer to thems as the boy and the girl like no they have first and last names you could use it's rude and demeaning and they don't seem to care. My son was recently giving a very serious diagnosis and when i asked how she recommend moving forward she recommended less fast food like we don't even consume fast food and my son has never had blood work even close to this he is normally healthy, she recommended nothing, no follow up, no blood work to reaccess the diagnosis no real medical advice for the diagnosis we received. So if you care about your children and want to receive thorough care please find somewhere else."
