"My 2-year-old has been a patient of Dr. Natacha Umlauf since birth. I recently had my second baby and had an appointment for a well visit. My 2-year-old was having a rough day and was acting up. One of the staff members approached me and told me to leave the baby home next time in a very rude manner; being a pediatric office I would assume the staff members would be a little more understanding. I took it upon myself to think that maybe this staff member was having a rough day and let the situation go. I'm giving this review not just for this reason. I took my newborn to a second visit as she was born prematurely and had a blood transfusion. When I spoke to Dr. Umlauf (well after 3 months of the transfusion) she told me they had found adult cells in my baby's exams due to the blood transfusion she had and due to this, there is the possibility my baby could end up mentally retarded. My baby was under her care since birth and Dr. Umlauf was fully aware of the transfusion. I was very upset as to how the news was delivered and even more at the fact that I was not informed previously of the consequences the transfusion may have. I will not be returning to Dr. Umlauf. I look forward to dealing with a new pediatrician."

"I loved the fact that I was able to call and make questions without going there, but Sadly during my last visit I experienced a waiting time of aprox 1hr and 10 min in a very small waiting area (with a toddler) and many more people there, I was not able to change his diaper there because the bathroom doesn’t have a station, I had to go to the car and do it, he just wanted to leave but I let him cry because he was sick and needed the care. I witnessed how many people arrived after us and leave before we even got taken care of. I do not know why lately the service is like that, this is the second time it happened to me with my child ill, I don’t like the idea of switching doctos every time I go because all of them think differently, one may say that my baby is ok, the other one may say that he has a ear infection, sometimes I am not sure if they are just guessing."
