"I hate that I have to take my own order when inside the restaurant. Like, it's my biggest pet peeve, I don't want to learn how to use the kiosk, id like for someone to help me with ordering as I don't go to Taco Bell much so Im unaware of most of what's on the menu. Food was alright I guess. Nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about. Also, they do have a large selection of drinks, including sports drinks and I do appreciate that."
"Went to this location on my lunch hr. There was 1 car in line in the drive-thru. I pulled up to the second order screen, and waited. No one ever took my order. I waited as 3 cars pulled up and had their orders taken. Still nothing. I pulled up to the window to tell the lady that I have been waiting and have been skipped over many times, and all she did was shut the window, 2xs...she did not take the time to hear what I was trying to tell her. Took my business to a different restaurant. Customer service today was a zero..."
"My wife just had to wait an hour for our food, meanwhile the drive thru was moving. She asked to be refunded and was told no and given a free taco coupon that expires in a day. We won’t be back, terrible management and customer service. Why even have the inside open if you’re just going to ignore it."
