"The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a dentist office. I went in to have a broken filing fixed. Dr. Obada instead prepped my tooth for a root canal and told me AFTER the procedure was completed. Doctors should never do something like this without your permission. I cannot put any pressure on the entire left side of my mouth. I’m in so much pain and when I called to tell the staff they were very unsympathetic and dismissive. Dr Obada was prepping me for a surgery I NEVER AGREED TO. I went in to get my filing fixed, not to have four months waiting in pain only being able to use one side of my mouth. It hurts to brush, floss, eat, and drink. I absolutely will not be coming back for any reason."

"I went in for an annual cleaning covered by my insurance. First the receptionist said I may need a credit card at the end. Then the hygienist told me I was miss diagnoses last year from another hygienist whom they fired recently. Then they would not clean my teeth before they had me go to the office mangers office who said they wanted to do a $1000 procedure that would only cost me $350 for a deep cleaning and antibiotic shots into a couple “pockets”. I have good teeth, no pain, redness or issues. I said no that I only wanted a cleaning. They told me it would not be ethical to clean my teeth. In the past this company tried to charge my insurance for services not done and an appointment I did not have. Do not trust them. I would rather pay another dentist out of pocket before going to this group! Be aware!"

"The team all worked together with us to help a teenager in great need of a tooth removal. Everyone was so kind and professional with us. They went the extra mile in everything they did. Including, going to the store and getting us tylenol and ibuprofen out of the doctor's own pocket. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. No exaggeration. Thank you Aspen Dental! "I had multiple procedures, they were kind enough to schedule on the same morning. It was all done well with very little waiting. Everyone was friendly. Kesha did a great job explaining the indepth cleaning I needed and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate their policy of being upfront with costs. I know how much things will cost before they are even scheduled, and I pay the day of my appointment. Easy and streamlined."
