"Never met an MD who could be so condescending and unfriendly. Waited months for this appointment. Doctor ends up saying 5 sentences to me the whole visit. He enters the room without even speaking to me and says, "I don't think you have an allergy. What do you think you're allergic to?" I said I don't know, that's why I'm here? Was tested for the 4 basic allergens. Couple needles in my back. Came back negative. He peaked his head in to check my back and I never saw the guy again. A complete waste of everyone's time. Still dealing with some type of food allergy and don't know where to even go next. This guy shouldn't be practicing. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere."

"Dr. Bobby Joseph is a very intelligent and capable allergist that really works to make sure your allergy needs are addressed. Echoing some of the other reviewers, the office is quite dated and the receptionists may not be the most helpful; but, don't let that cloud your judgement of Dr. Joseph. The only complaint I had was that the nurses felt in a constant rush, it seems that too many appointments are scheduled back-to-back. If I needed additional advice or more testing I would absolutely go back to Dr. Joseph though."

"I was nervous to go here due to the bad reviews, but we wanted a second opinion besides our family doctor and our insurance sent us here. The office is certainly very outdated, the front desk lady is not particularly nice, but overall it was not as bad as others on here have said. I wouldn’t say the office was a 5 star office with 5 star care, but we didn’t receive any bad care. The nurse was nice, the doctor seemed informed, and my son was comfortable. If you already have had allergy testing done with your family provider as we did, you’re going to get a very routine scripted conversation and maybe some blood work ordered before being sent on your way."

"They called week before to remind no meds 4 days before apt for testing so we followed. Daughter had severe hives head to toe swollen hands, face and feet from being off meds. Go for apt Front office staff rude . Finally get in for him to tell is to soon only had hives month come back 1 month um shes miserable no meds as your office said he says to soon walks out . Never touched or looked at her. My daughter said so I was off meds and miserable for Nothing"

"I was worried about taking my kids here because of all of the negative reviews (and our pediatrician talked them down), but we had a great experience! The nursing staff was friendly and took the time to explain the procedures to my ten year old and talked to him directly about his questions (which is, to me, a big deal). The doctor was also friendly and direct, which I appreciate. I understand they have some odd office hours, but we've never had a problem working around the schedule. We went in for an allergy test and it was much quicker than I had anticipated, plus we had results right away! I'd highly recommend this practice!"
