"Very efficient facility"

"Front desk receptionist (middle-aged white woman with short blonde hair and glasses) is incredibly rude. I was greeted with "where are you supposed to be?" Fortunately, I was looking for a different building within the same address so I didn't have to deal with her for very long. I sincerely hope that she does not greet/speak to vulnerable cancer patients in this matter."

"Great patient care from the front desk , the technicians, the PA's and nurses and Dr McLaughlin himself. This is a truly caring and knowledgeable center the staff of which looked after me before, during and after my radiation treatment as if I was their only patient with utmost compassion and professionalism. Highly Recommended."

"You would think that a medical facility such as this where patients are apprehensive and most likely have a lot of anxiety the office staff would be friendly and helpful. My first appointment was greeted by a receptionist who rolled her eyes because I wasnt signing my consent forms quick enough because a client behind me needed to use the only pen on the counter to sign in. She kept staring at me like I was some kind of alien. I am very precise in filling out forms and if this office has too many patients to allow them a certain comfort level then maybe they shouldn't take on any more. I am not looking forward to my follow up appointment and recommend not to go here if you are a new patient."
