"I absolutely love Riley he always takes good care of my Ollie!! He hates getting his hair cut and is a very sassy yorkie! The groomer I went to before told me I would have to sedate him before bringing him back! But Riley took time to work with him and I really appreciate that so much!"

"I have never in my life been treated so poorly as I did by the owner of this business! I would be worried of how they treat our loved pets knowing they treat people this way! Read the other negative reviews about the owner. They are true! My son dropped off my puppy for grooming. Second time there. The groomer said do you want cut like last time (was too short). My son not knowing said yes. So i tried to call back to correct and have his body trimmed longer. I called once left a message then called again twice 15 minutes later. The owner said "WHY YOU CALLING SO MUCH!" before I could even request having my puppy cut differently she said "WE KNOW HOW YOU WANT HIM CUT!" Then she said before she hung up on me "WE HAVE A BUNCH OF DOGS ON THE TABLES!" Then click.... They told my son my puppy will be ready between 2 to 2:30. Not knowing they had a sign they will call when ready, I showed up 15 minutes early to see them finish grooming my puppy. I asked to speak to the person that was so rude on phone. The owner said I was. I told her I have never been treated so poorly on the phone by a company in my entire life and won’t be back. She said "GOOD WE DONT WANT YOU BACK! WE WASHED YOUR DOG, PAY $25 AND TAKE YOUR DOG!" Not wanting to deal with them any longer than I had too, I payed. I asked for his collar, "WE DONT HAVE IT!" Not wanting to deal with them anymore and I did not know if my son left the collar I left. My son did say he left collar on, so I sent my son back and the collar was outside on a chair. Beware - Not even rated on the Better Business Burrow I would find a more loving groomer"

"Andrea is the BEST! Takes great care of my dogs and those of Tri-County Collie Rescue. She is a "groomer extraordinaire ". My dogs look great and come out wagging their tail!"

"I wished they had worn masks when dealing with me. Ok to not be masked with my dog. Aside from that, this was a great experience. I generally groom my own dog due to her anxiety issues, but I have a cast on one arm due to surgery so couldn't do anything right now. Staff was pleasant, loving to my dog, and courteous. They were accommodating to the apt time - I had wanted a slower time due to dog's anxiety. I brought my own shampoo due to my allergies, and with nails, glands, and shampoo (no drying at my request since it upsets my dog even more) I was out of there in 30 minutes with my burrito-wrapped dog under my arms. I hated the rudeness of the former place, Love on a Leash, where there was no love at all! But the new owner and staff have changed that."

"I dropped off my Persian cat this morning Amanda said three hours I was in there area and figured I would pop in to see if Lulu was ready 31/2 hours later. Amanda was very rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this. she charged me 75.00 and said she isn't done yet but your taking her. I said is there a reason why your being so rude? word can't even describe what I went through with this lady. this used to be love on a leash when they were at Jefferson and Crocker. very very sad I was treated this way !!!!!!!"
