"I'd rate this place zero stars if I could. First, this is in a basement where you can't see what's going on. Angela had my dog for two and 1/2 hours more than what she said she would have her. She wouldn't answer the phone, texts, or her door. I asked around and looked for any sort of license or education for dog grooming. I could not find any for this business. I could tell by the way her son restrained my dog that he had not had proper training or education. I paid for my dog to be bathed, fur trimmed, ears cleaned, and nails cut. The only thing that was done was the bath. I had to take my dog to another groomer, a professional one, to get my dog's fur trimmed, nails cut and the ears I cleaned myself. This was a horrible experience. I disputed the charge but Angela said that it was a legitimate charge. I also tipped in cash. Lesson learned. I will stick with the professional one in Luna Pier. The drive is much further for me, but they are in scrubs, have their licenses displayed, and allow you to be by your dog if needed. Please please research the education of who you're leaving your dog with. In a basement and not asking me for a rabies certificate is a red flag."
