"If you are referred to see this man REFUSE!!! This guy has the appearance of an alcoholic and appears to be on drugs. I was referred to see him. He was late, he was nodding off high as a kite while I was talking to him as if he was on heroin. I don’t think he could tell you 1 word I said. I repeat. DO NOT GO SEE THIS MAN!!! The court needs to stop referring this guy and drug test him. The only thing he was concerned about was how I was paying him."

"This man has no conscience . I had joint legal and physical custody over my child during all of this . I’ve been denied access to medical records , Cps agents have been lied to and provided false paper work by my sons mother and were told she has full custody , and my son has been watching his mother who married her first cousin and brought him to the us from Lebanon beat his mother Infront of him. I’ve been through hell and back with the Michigan family court and still standing , after this man refused to do his job and is only focused on being asked to testify in trial to make more money when he sensed I would fight till the end . He’s report was a joke , nothing or no evidence you tell him or provide him will even been considered because If he does he’s job he would probably not be asked to testify, therefore he will not be paid beyond his 10k fee. There is nothing forensic about what he does . I’d like to worn any father or parent in a custody dispute of choosing this man .I’ve provided him evidence of my sons mother preventing me of obtaining my sons medical records , having to fight for over a year and then file a subpoena to obtain These records , proof of abuse of my son by his step dad, a Cps report that details my son telling a Cps worker his mother tried to commit suicide with him in the car , proof of being alienated as a dad and son having a cellphone he’s only allowed to contact everyone in the world including random adults on applications like twitch except his father , proof of mom sitting on every parenting time using this time to fight dad infront of son, proof that mom tried to lie and say son has adhd although and administered him ritilian and adhd Medication behind my back and then denied it when I confronted her about it , and the contact information for the doctor that prescribed it, the medical records that show hes taken this Medication , copies of photo shopped reports posted on the courts chosen messaging app by mom, the contact info and request to interview the doctor , principle who was told about the ritlian , Cps agents , and other witnesses . He made his recommendation with out interviewing a single person , or fact checking or mentioning a shred of evidence . He was literally falling asleep during zoom calls as I walked him through the evidence my self and shared my screen just in case he misses something . This man has no conscious and no morals and is only after money . The court referred us to this man as a forensic psychologist , yet there is nothing forensic about what he does what so ever. I can not believe that he has this job . I can’t imagine how many lives this man has destroyed I’ve provided him videos , Cps report , phone numbers of witnesses (principles , doctors , teachers ) he has not reached out to a single Person , not one ."

"Needed a phycologist for an evaluation for court. Park was inconsistent during the evaluation. When I was filling out a 300 part question test he told me for one question to answer with current behavior tendencies, and on another question if I had this tendency anytime in my life. He did not seem to take the evaluation serious. He laughed and replied in a smug manner, "yeah I'll have this done by then." , when asked if it would he done for me by the court date. A day before court it wasn't done. Less then a week before court he called and had me sign something again because he had clearly lost some of my initial paper work. He also lost the phone numbers I had given him. However, instead of admitting mistake, he claimed he was never given the phone numbers, and he claimed i had never signed the release. He waited until the day before court, and by his own admission wasn't done. He finished the report with reckless abandon on the last minute of his work day, one day prior. This is evident from the fact that he got my name wrong in the report and seemed to pull another first name out of the blue. It was a weighty issue that wasn't taken serious by Mr. Park himself. Further more, I was reluctant to go to him because of his open availability and "for sale" sign on the building he operates from. I was very disheartened to see my initial assertions to be correct. Consequently his recommendation was for phycotherapy. I am currently very happy with the therapist I am with, yet Mr. Park claimed to not be able to contact him. However he admitted that he hasn't made an attempt until the last minute. I was initially ordered to a Dr. Bow, but the other parties lawyer spend 6 month procrastinating for what seemed like the purpose of sending me to a person like Mr. Park. This is evident in the fact that the initial evaluation was agreed upon, but once convinced to go to a diffrent doctor, because of availability issues, the other lawyer refused to accept anyone else besides Mr. Park, regardless of how accomished they were. He had taken quotes from me out of context and even misquoted me. Such as me saying I was on an amber alert, which is easily fact checked to be untrue. He seems to have not been paying particular attention during the interview/ just heard highlight/ or waited to long and could not recall what was said in context and had to rely on his short hand and incomplete notes. I assume the last option, as he seemed to have a problem with procrastination and orderlyness. (Update) I had called him to point out his mistakes. He simply said, "I disagree" and "then call me into court". How one can disagree with misquoting me is beyond me, especially about the amber report. He seemed to have an open availability to be called into court, and as he had said when the evaluation was happening, he would make money by being called into court. Given that I already attend therapy sessions, his aggressive and stubborn refusal to admit mistake, and his almost immediate response of "then call me into court", I'm left to assume he operates heavily on a profit motive. He also had claimed there was a last part of the review where he would go over results or inconsistencies with me, which never happened. If you have conservative values I would suggest staying far away from this gentleman. He seems far to over confident with a soft science that fails to be able to produce consistent replication of results, which he should be aware of, as it is his profession."
