"Horrific. Been on the wait list for my son since June. I called once a month to check his status and EVERY SINGLE TIME the scheduler either left for the day or the phone rang and rang with no option to leave a message. Morning, afternoon, early evening. Didn't matter. I was just looking for confirmation that he was even ON THE LIST. Not once did I get that. Even today when I called I was forwarded to the schedulers phone that just rang and rang and rang. It takes A LOT to get me angry. Thankfully we got into another program but I still wanted to advocate for my child and see what went wrong! But nope. No answers. They are great at avoiding you. DO NOT GO HERE!"
