"Made an appointment for IN person. 3 confirmation texts days prior no worries. Day of appointment changes to ZOOM an hour before the appointment time. I talked to these people 2x before this when scheduling to ensure we had an IN PERSON appointment. When I called to see what happened I was forwarded to the therapist and no answer. Left a message and they just canceled the appointment instead of calling and figuring out a way to fix it. After the canceled text then they call "Oh we can reschedule" hell no I took time off work, took my kid out of school and talked to you people 2x before this I will NOT use this group ever now. Unorganized, can't give right info, and can't make the proper appointments."

"Literal criminals. Avoid at all costs. They'll clear out your checking account IMMEDIATELY if you're 2+ weeks behind and they don't bother to reach out to you at all to figure something out. So now I'm figuring out how to eat because they took everything in my account immediately. Update: They'll continue to lie in a review and say that make billing transparent but that's clearly not the case. Continue to avoid at all cost. Go with a provider that has a transparent billing policy and doesn't prioritize money over a patient's ability to pay for their daily needs."

"Remember I used to come here and we had black lady I don't really remember her name I think it was shawnteal but we always left mad at each other she never stopped any argument and now we are divorced she always took sides and prejudged who was the cause of our fights we always left worse than what we came in I walked out a few times and never came back she did not de-escalate anything or help us solve our problems"

"Been going to online therapy with Great Lakes Psychology for about year with LaTosha Lymon , stopped going for about 3 months , & went back last Friday (8/4). All she was concerned about was if my insurance had changed & keep saying how what I was speaking to her about had already been discussed before in our previous sessions. Gives me the confirmation I needed on me having all I need within me , but still kinda disappointed as a black woman to another black woman. She’s a good therapist overall, but just not for me anymore. I’ll try again at some point , potentially with this company , but the focal point on therapy when a client returns shouldn’t revolve around payment. Really need a better admin team/structure."

"Terrible experience with GLPG here for couples counseling. Not sure what kind of establishment they run or what kind of counseling they are after. Our counselor Elvita Kondili injected her politics into our appointment and passed judgement in a very inappropriate way about my “straight white male” privilege. I was shocked and very put off about this, and it ruined the progress we were making and the entire dialogue. She injected her personal beliefs and I believe it was highly unprofessional. I would avoid her at least, and hope GLPG will do something about this."
