"After an eight month waitlist that was only expedited due to the fact that I had very good insurance. BCBS. I could not be more disappointed in my experience with Carol and Cameron and other employees who ver the last 7 months. Carol at best it an absent leader. Cameron, well well intentioned is so far out of her league when it comes to providing care. The group sessions were probably the most frustrating part. There was little to no interaction with your peers. There was no relationship building. It was basically sitting through an hour and a half long lecture where unprepared counselors struggled to figure out what the homework was for the following week."

"You would be batter off buying the book they use in sessions and self reflecting. Paperback on Amazon is 30 something. They charge 150 dollars a session. Therapy sessions are lacking in meaning and therapists don’t care to be more assertive. If you’re having a bad day you can be kicked out of the program and shoved to the back of the waiting line… not so bad but they divide their dbt therapy around 2 separate segments over a handful of months. If you get kicked out you have to wait to redo that chapter then wait to get into the other. A “bad day” to…wanting to share in a because you don’t care to let the other people who dont know you… to then share your goals and ideations of the future. Depression is a huge part of bpd… having a devastating consequence like that PLUS an unrealistic price drives a lot of people away from here. Rightly so. Supervisor that runs groups is older and spacey in nature. Even going so far as to use a kids clock plugged in front of her for group because she losses track of time and gets carried away. Bills also get sent out after fees are usually applied. You have to be on them like stink just to make sure your bill isn’t suddenly $498 dollars. Dissapointing Dbt center. Search up: Marsha M Linehan it’s a book with a blue border and it is spiral bound."

"This place is incredible. We have tried to help our older teen with emotion regulation difficulties as well as self harm for a long time, very unsuccessfully. Many providers simply couldn’t help due to lack of expertise and skills. Then we found A2 DBT Center. Their team is highly skilled and taught all of us so much. We learned a great deal about ourselves, how our normal responding was getting in our way, and we learned emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Without exaggeration, this place changed our lives. We had to put some work in to learn and master these skills but it was well worth the results. We are able to communicate effectively, our son doesn’t self harm anymore and all of us just live life differently. Highly recommend."

"Started therapy here last fall, started with a therapist and a group therapy group. Had about 3 or 4 sessions of both, and have to say it was the most useless therapy I have ever had. Not only that, but my therapist actually quit? Then I get a bill, which like whatever nothing is free in this world, and I can’t afford the bill so I go on a payment plan. There have been two separate times now where they have charged my account my full amount due instead of charging what my payment plan agreement is. When I asked why this keeps happening, I got an “it was just a mistake”. As someone with anxiety, and as a business that is supposed to treat people for such issues, I’m honestly shocked and appalled at the carelessness displayed by this therapy center."

"I’ve been seeing a therapist for almost 7 months now. C.L. has been great, phone coaching has really helped me especially with targeting behaviors. Overall care is really good. You can tell Carol and her team are dedicated to helping their clients and my individual therapist for sure has gone above and beyond to give me the best care possible. Super caring individual and really gentle which has been super helpful. Group therapy is helpful especially when figuring out what works and what doesn’t. This is an exceptional DBT clinic."
