We are excited to welcome Irene G. Voss, MSN, PMHNP-BC, and Rita McBean, MSN, PMHNP-BC, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, to our staff. They offer prescription medication management and consultation for disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, we provide groups and skills training in mindfulness, grief recovery, and biofeedback to supplement therapy.
Our therapists utilize the Mindfulness-Based Therapies (MBT) framework, combining it with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat various ailments. We also offer the Nurtured Heart Approach, a relationship-focused parenting and educational method, to help children succeed in positive and creative ways.
