The receptionist told him he had an in person appointment on the phone and when he showed up he was laughed at and told who he was scheduled with doesn't do in person appointments and wasn't even located in Michigan. The same receptionist does all the scheduling and intake, so if she isn't capable of listening to patients' needs then I'd seriously doubt the integrity of the therapists that employ her. Avoid at all costs!"

I requested in person appointments multiple times over the phone, and when I showed up for my first appointment with Adam Schulman LMSW, the receptionist who scheduled me laughed at me. She then told me he wasn't even located in Michigan and only does telehealth. It would appear they only have one receptionist so as long as she's working there i'd avoid calling this place."
