"This is not a bot review. The therapists there are pretty good based on the experience that I had there. There was a time where there was some billing issues, but that's not a quality of care issue, that's an inept accountant. All told, I'd recommend them based on my interactions with them. And don't forget, most people will complain before they compliment. Nobody pulls out their phone to hurry and put up a positive review, and nobody hesitates to put up a negative one in an instant."

Anyone can check on each review, as I just did, and all the reviewers that gave a 5 Star rating posted multiple reviews all over the US and some in other countries. I'm looking for help for my son and was checking this place out. This is really messed up and thank you for pointing this out."

"Sad when they worry more about money than your child. They have a messed up billing issue - didn’t bill me and said I’m delinquent with my bill so refused to see my child. Bad practice for a place that is supposed to be helping people - especially children."

"I'm putting 5 Stars so that this review does not go unnoticed and hopefully not deleted. Take a quick look through the other reviews and you will notice a trend: nearly every one is from a paid reviewer. Evidenced by the reviewing of many of the same companies, all across the US and Canada, and generally showing up with areas in common (GA, CA, NJ, PA, MI, AL, and Ontario). Is it completely impossible for this to be a coincidence? No it's not. However, if you add in the fact that the grammar and pattern of speech vary drastically between reviews on a single "person`s" review history, the proof is rather glaring. This is a terribly dishonorable practice for a business that offers such intimate services. Shameful."
