""Dr" Davis is a narcissistic, arrogant, worthless waste of humanity that will terminate patient files rather than find proper solutions at the patients request when their experience on medications is different from what the drug sales reps told him they would do. "Doctors", in the absolute loosest, lowest form of the term, like him are the reason for all the 844 signs everywhere. Low quality care like this can be directly attributed to the male suicide epidemic. Debbie Davis is a worthless therapist that is just a waste of time and gas to see. I gained nothing from 8 visits with her. Riverwood will terminate your account/close your file if you go 20 days without communicating with them after their therapist cancels, during the busiest holiday season even though that therapist will make you go 6 weeks between appointments. This is the worst healthcare I've ever received."
"People keep referring me to Riverwood but they do not return phone calls or voicemails.I asked to talk to a real person and they still send me to voice-mail boxes which no one responds to.Unprofessional and uncaring."
"Funny how their website says available 24/7, but you can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message. All they do is take your money and then tell you they can't help you, when that's what they are there for! That place needs a miracle from GOD!"
"If you love and care about your kids and family members DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! "Dr" Rebecca is the absolute worst, so bad that her medical license should be in question. She took my son off a much needed medication because SHE didn't like it, didn't care that my son has done great on it for over 10 years. She refused to listen to him when he tried to discuss it with her. I called them 4 days ago because he was having ideations and neither her OR her nurse has bothered to call me back. This speaks volumes on the lack of compassion or care they actually have for their patients. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!"
