"They are quick and efficient. I've never had cellulitis. The P.A was compassionate and very thorough. I left with instructions and they sent my Rx to pharmacy."

"The medical team and provider did it terrific job taking care of my injury today. The process was smooth in the building. The building is very clean and comfortable. It’s never fun to be injured but I had a good visit, and was very impressed by the great care."

"While the nurses were very accommodating and friendly i sat in the patient room for over an hour passed my appointment time. Once I went out and told them that if the doctor wasn't going to be in soon I was leaving. Oh well guess what you're next so she comes in and sees me then I tell her I need a doctor slip and had to sit for another 15 minutes for that because she forgot about me then too. Respect that people are in pain and don't want to just sit in a room and stare at four walls for hours . I truly believe they forgot that they even had me back there."

"Visited on a Sunday because the Walk-In we usually go to was closed. My child had symptoms of an ear infection. I booked online in advanced, texted "HERE" and they advised me to come into the building about 10-15 minutes later. We checked in at the desk and they did not need my cards because I sent images online when I booked (convenient feature). The front desk person was polite and offered that we could sit in the other waiting room if the main one was full. We sat in the main one. There were snacks (chips and granola bars), a coffee station, and a slurpee machine that needed ice/attention. The snacks definitely helps with the long wait. When my daughter was called, she was weighed and measured and then we went into the room. The nurse checked her blood pressure and temperature (high) and asked what was wrong. I explained that her ear was hurting and I hadn't checked her temperature. The doctor came in, looked in her ear, said she did not have a ear infection, recommended a strep test and influenza test and walked out within 2 minutes. The nurse came in and I was just so confused because she didn't have any other symptoms that I said I needed a minute. The doctor then came back in saying "I heard you're refusing the tests" to which I stated that I just needed a moment. He explained that the ear pain could have been pressure from drainage caused by a virus and that we should eventually see an Ear Mouth and Throat specialist. He then advised he would prescribe an antibiotic and we left. Overall, I would return if there was no other option but I prefer to see her Primary Care Physician or go to the local walk-in because the communication and warmth seemed off in that office."
