"Horrible, rude groomer! I used to take both my Pomeranians there. Their haircuts always needed to be trimmed when I got them home. The groomer told me a time to pick them up and said if they are done earlier, I’ll give you a call ( I live close and work from home) I received a VERY RUDE phone call asking if I was on my way? It wasn’t the time I was originally told to come up but said “ sure I’m on my way “ My husband came with me and went in to pay n pick up the dogs. She proceeded to yell at him for not coming sooner. We never got a call they were done earlier. I spoke with the owner who just said the groomer worked for her for years n a good person NEVER WENT BACK! Crazy town can stay there ! Not gonna pay to trim up the dogs when I get home and get yelled at cuz they failed to call when the dogs were done earlier than they told us."

"Very displeased with the work that this place has done to our dogs. Dropped off my very fluffy soft dog at this establishment and when it was time to pick up the dog she looked like a rat. Shaved down to the skin. When that was not what I requested. Claimed that the dog was severely matted (which she wasn’t AT ALL) upsetting to know that we’ll have to continue the search for a half decent place groom our dogs."

"I've been to this groomer a couple of times since my previous one shut down. Staff was worked around my schedule making appointments, always wear a mask inside when someone comes in, and has done a phenomenal job with my dog. Zero concerns or complaints about them. My dog also loves going there, and that in itself is worth a positive review since he's a bit finicky, which I swear he doesn't get from me."

"Sue took me in last minute. I had a ride for my appt in hospital therefore I had a ride today for some needs. I am unable m to drive after major back surgery so she made exception to take my little dogs for a clipping w no appointment. Grateful is an understatement as my dad told me dogs nails too long & will hurt their bones etc. I felt awful. As a dog owner all my life I’ve never been told that by professionals when they saw them at longest length. I asked Sue & he was correct &gave me very detailed reason to keep them trim as often as I can. My dogs are groomed by me but w/ back surgery they got too long &they don’t allow me to trim them ..so getting them somewhere has almost been impossible w/ “wkds only” at Bridgeview & they don’t answer calls often, but Sue answered on her lunch break & I felt awful she made me feel ok to do so. She took me in 5 mins .. in & out. Very reasonable at $12 per each small dog & of course plZ tip well. Was very clean. They want you to wear a mask, cash only &must be in envelope or baggy. If you have appt you just walk in, wait in front..they do it right there while you hold them & have the harness thing/table if needed. Next person waited outside. Very pleased will return & she made me feel comfy to call whenever I need something seeing my situation is rough medically too. I offered my proof on phone as to show had surgery because I didn’t want to appear taking advantage of her kindness but she didn’t need it. My dogs were SO good I was shocked so was my dad. Usually one especially is a nut job when being clipped but all was easy peesy they loved Sue!"

"Going to try to keep this as short as possible. I met "MAD HEATHER" today. While walking up to my truck and talking very loud and full of attitude. After my dogs last grooming she gave me some vague and bad advice to calm my dog before grooming. She got in trouble with the owner of the shop and took it out on me. Her last comment to me was "go for it". How professional! Good cover-up story shop owner. At what point do you go over this so called safety policy with the pets owner. A long winded explanation is a definite sign of poor communication"
