"A few years back before my first attempt, I tried getting help here multiple times because my doctor kept referring me back to them. After being denied twice and going through hours and hours of interviews, I wasn't going through that process again, and I asked for a 'rejection letter' to give my doctor so he would stop trying to get me back into them. I felt I was wasting my time and mentally getting worse. They were only giving me verbal denial over the phone so I had no proof I was even going to them to give my doctor. The lady running the desk resorted to screaming at me for asking nicely for a simple rejection letter because I didn't want to go through the interview process again just to be rejected a third time. A nice man (i presume a real counselor or mental health professional) had to step in because she was being so horribly disgusting to me. I was not in a right place at the time and it was the last thing I needed. My mental health problems are from severe child abuse and trauma so her screaming at me didn't feel great! Couple years later, they are no different. Good luck meeting their criteria. If you need mental help, go to Marquette, or ANYWHERE BUT HERE! They are so horribly disgusting to mentally ill people."

"Absolute joke. Someone I know tried to seek mental health through these hack jobs and was turned down because she didnt fit their criteria. Dont even bother calling because you're going to waste a half hour of your life interviewing on the phone then coming in for another 2 hour session just to be told you aren't worthy of their assistance. No wonder there is such a drug/suicide problem around here. You try to get help and the people who are supposed to help refuse."

"These guys are incompetent! 2008 my father was injured in an accident that almost claimed his life. These whack jobs diagnosed him and sent him to a mental hospital it took our family three months to get him out with the help of a federal judge. In 2012 a good friend of the family a USMC veteran had a seizure and was hospitalized in the local hospital and these whack jobs tried to have him committed. And today my girlfriend was sitting here waiting on a 11:00AM appointment we told receptionist she was here and waited for an half an hour and the councilor called her on her phone saying she was late and told her that she was here.... wow you guys are just the pinnacle of incompetent."
