"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this place. From the start the front desk doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in, Dr. Wuckert was nice until you asked questions and seemed to be curt anytime you wanted more information about a medical procedure before just blindly agreeing to it. I did my best to make the best of things and always behaved nice, but the staff just ruin the feeling of care completely. They refer out to Beaumont to charge exuberant fees for simple labs, the dr assistants are always snooty anytime you call them back asking why they called you because they left no info in their voicemail. I asked them to change my last name 4 times and I even gave them my updated info at the next appointment but the they still billed wrong. They completely ignored my notice that I would be on an extended honeymoon and sent my bill to the wrong address DESPITE me giving them my updated info. When I got back from my honeymoon, I called them straight away, explained again I was gone and paid that copay instantly and scheduled my next appointment. I then get a call later on in the day telling me that I'd have to bring $300 with me to my next visit "since it took me so long to pay last time", and turns out they cancelled my appointment without telling me or confirming with me to do so. I moved farther out but honestly it's for the best, these people make healthcare look like an absolute joke. If anyone's read this far, please for your health and sanity DO NOT GO HERE! I regret every penny I've had to spend here and they're in the wrong field since they clearly don't care about their patients."

"I'm very particular when it comes to choosing a doctor for me and my family. When I was referred to this office I was a little worried that I'd run into the same problems I've had over the years with previous doctors. But once I met Dr. Wuckert, the other doctors on her team and her super helpful staff I knew right then I was where I needed be. I've never met an office full of very nice and helpful people. The doctors are caring and very knowledgeable and understanding. They put you in place to the right people if they're unable to help you. Dr. Paluda delivered 2 of my children and I have not one complaint. Everyone is very professional at what they do and that's always an A+ in my book. I would recommend them to any female I know that's looking for a great staff of doctors and office."
