"I’m disappointed to be writing this but I feel like I deserve to inform others. I was a long time patient close to 20 years. I put a lot of trust and confidence in Dr Clubb. I always had painful periods and odd cycles. Whenever I tried to discuss my issues it was dismissed always not taken seriously but basically, "Your fine, its normal" believing her each time. When my spouse & I wanted to start TTC, after a year and coming to her about my concern again she finally referred me to a fertility specialist as she was very dismissive as wanting to treat me, as she had no idea what could be wrong with me. Few doctors later and a new OBgyn I am now finally getting the treatment I always probably needed. I wasted very many years thinking everything was ok with me. She may be good at OB side but not the GYN side. Save yourself time and money and find a real doctor. The wait staff and wait time has come along way since the commerce location. Staff has been rude and known to ignore you when you sign in then waiting for like half hour or longer for a 5-10 min visit with the doctor seems ridiculous ..."
